Warm, honest & down to earth

I am a Senior Integrative Counsellor with many years of experience, registered with the BACP. Having worked extensively in community and NHS settings, I currently work in private practice with adults, couples and adolescents.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including Person-Centred, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Relational and Solution-Focused therapy - so that sessions are always tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

I also provide Reflective Supervision in Education for local councils, supporting senior leadership teams, pastoral teams and safeguarding professionals.

Making the first step can feel like the hardest part. That is why I offer a free initial telephone consultation - so you can decide whether I am the right counsellor for you, with no pressure.
