I'm Jane - a warm, experienced Integrative Counsellor working with individuals, couples and young people. Whether life feels overwhelming or you're simply ready for change, I'm here to walk alongside you.
Years supporting clients in NHS & private practice
I am a Senior Integrative Counsellor with many years of experience, registered with the BACP. Having worked extensively in the community and NHS settings, I currently work in private practice with adults, couples and adolescents.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches - including Person-Centred, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Relational and Solution-Focused therapy - so that sessions are always tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all formula.
I also provide Reflective Supervision in Education for local councils, supporting senior leadership teams, pastoral teams and safeguarding professionals.
Making the first step can feel like the hardest part. That's why I offer a free initial telephone consultation - so you can decide whether I'm the right counsellor for you, with no pressure.
Whether you're facing life's challenges alone, navigating a relationship, or supporting a young person, I offer a tailored, compassionate service.
A confidential, non-judgemental space for adults to explore thoughts, feelings and challenges. I'll walk alongside you as you work through difficulties and build towards the life you want.
My couples work uses a structured approach to help partners gain insights they may not have considered before - rebuilding connection, improving communication, and resolving conflict in a safe space.
I work with adolescents in a safe, supportive environment, helping them talk through their feelings, relationships, identity and challenges - at their own pace, with complete confidentiality.
I've made it as easy as possible to take that first step. There's no pressure - just a warm, professional welcome.
Call or email me for a free 15-minute telephone consultation to see if we're a good fit - completely no obligation.
We meet for your first session - a chance to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to counselling, and what you'd like to change.
Regular weekly sessions at a consistent day and time. We review progress together and adjust our approach as needed.
Many clients have described counselling as life-changing. My aim is always to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
In addition to my counselling practice, I provide Reflective Supervision in Education for local councils and schools across the region.
This specialist service offers a structured, confidential space for education professionals to reflect on their experiences, develop their practice, and sustain their wellbeing in often high-pressure roles.
I am registered with TISUK (Trauma Informed Schools UK), reflecting my commitment to trauma-informed practice in educational settings.
