Years supporting clients in NHS & private practice

Warm, honest & down to earth

I am a Senior Integrative Counsellor with many years of experience, registered with the BACP. Having worked extensively in the community and NHS settings, I currently work in private practice with adults, couples and adolescents.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches - including Person-Centred, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Relational and Solution-Focused therapy - so that sessions are always tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

I also provide Reflective Supervision in Education for local councils, supporting senior leadership teams, pastoral teams and safeguarding professionals.

Making the first step can feel like the hardest part. That's why I offer a free initial telephone consultation - so you can decide whether I'm the right counsellor for you, with no pressure.
